We were faced with a task of turning the tennis ball into a business symbol. We tried hypnotising that green fuzzy ball for a while and after several hours we had a transcendental experience. A vision. A revelation. All of a sudden, we could see a graph that was rising and falling. Eureka! There are lots of ways how to be creative. More about the campaign in the section Our work.

In Czechia, finding a photo model who is 50+ is a problem. We managed to convince a Russian army vet. We were ready for anything. Instead of a machine gun the fine fellow flashed a winning smile. He nearly fainted in the scorching heat and the studio spotlights but he never complained. Thanks to him the strong headline got an equal partner in the attractive visual. Forget about clowns with red noses, let tigers out of the cage. This is New Circus. Tons of acrobatics, expressive dancing and one little boy. You are watching bodies flying through the air as if unaffected by gravity and you are thinking if this is not the most surreal experience ever. The next day you get to work and create a visual. Ondřej Souček

Creative Director/Copywriter

Ondřej has been working in advertising on various positions since 2002. He worked as a copywriter as well as a creative director. He worked for Mark/BBDO, VCCP, McCann-Ericsson or Konektor. His work regularly gets recognised at both local and international advertising festivals. He is the author of “30 vteřin”, a fiction book set in the world of advertising, which was published by Lidové noviny.

Tomáš Martin

Creative Director/Art Director

Tomáš has been in the advertising business for 16 years. He started as a graphic designer and worked as an art director and creative director for both small and large
agencies. He worked as a freelancer for 9 years. He took part in creative workshops in New York and Sydney. He organised his own exhibition of screen printing graphics. He founded the studio wall design®.

Ctibor Machala

Client Service Director

Ctibor started as a headhunter, then he moved on into advertising where he has been for the last 7 years. He’s worked for agencies and also as a freelance expert on
positions, such as account manager and account director, for both large multinational companies and small family businesses. Outside advertising, he leads an  interesting life too. He used to own a music club in Olomouc or test computer games for Electronic Arts in Madrid and Warsaw.
